In this piece, I sought to elegantly marry together inspiration from both my wire and organic pieces to create a decorative table piece. The wire form has been designed to work as a three dimensional frame for the leaf although both forms have been designed so that they can also work as two separate decorative items.

The piece is called Dancing in the wind II as I have sought to elegantly marry two ideas together. The wire form shaped to reflect the beautiful forms created by a rhythmic gymnast with their twirling ribbon and a leaf blowing in the wind that has been captured in its midst.
