This decorative leaf form has been enamelled by Jane Short. With over 35 years of experience, Jane is one of the finest enamellers in the country.

Alongside using traditional techniques, I love Jane’s creative approach to pushing the boundaries of the technique of enamelling in order to keep her dialogue with enamel lively and progressive.

I am fascinated by the possibilities that the technique of enamelling offers in producing subtle harmonies of colour, patterns, how different colours look together and by collaborating with Jane, my pieces have taken on a lively sense of vibrancy and richness that reflect my observations from nature.
